Instructions for this program:

2. You will be asked some basic medial history and contact info questions. You need to have a BMI (body mass index)
greater than 27 to enter this program as it may entail prescription drugs. We have a calculator there to aid you.
3. After you have ordered the first phase of the program you will be mailed a laboratory requisition form that you will take to your local laboratory testing service center. You can find a center near you by clicking here.
4. The lab test that you are taking is a comprehensive analysis of where your body is at this point in time. Many factors can affect weight gain and the panels included in this test can help the physician evaluate you. The results of your weight loss lab test will be available to our physicians within 48 hours of specimen collection.

5. Our US licensed physician(s) will contact you with the results of your test and input from your medical questionnaire.
6. At this juncture you will be instructed as to what combination of diet, exercise and prescription medication will best work for you in reaching your goal weight. In the event that prescriptions are ordered you will be able to log into our website and order the medications which will be delivered to you via Federal Express.
This weight loss program is generally for a 4 to 6 month term. Your physician will evaluate your progress at that time to determine how best to proceed with the weight loss program.
